We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others, we will not disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you may find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an E-mail to privacy@themoissanitelady.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

Layaway:

Layaway is available on all our items. Simply pay 1/4th of your purchase amount now, and then pay out the remainder at your convenience over the next 3 months. There will not be any interest fees added to layaway purchases. Should you cancel your layaway, there is a 25% restocking fee (from the purchase amount) that will be deducted from your refund. We are very happy to extend the time frame for you if needed. Please feel free to let us know and we will gladly work with you.



Warranty:
To ensure your selection is of the finest quality, all of the Moissanite lady's jewelry is inspected during the manufacturing process. All of our jewelry comes with a Charles & Colvard Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty. The Moissanite Lady maintains a 30 day warranty on all settings against any manufacturing defect. Please retain your receipt for this warranty. Loss of stones will not be covered by this warranty. If a stone is lost, we will be very happy to sell you a replacement at a discounted price.



Shipping Time:
Our luxurious, high end jewelry is manufactured to your specifications which offers you a custom made item for a fraction of the cost that you would pay elsewhere. The jewelry is manufactured after the order is placed. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks for the customer to receive their item, depending on the complexity of the jewelry piece. Rush orders are available for a premium. Customers will be notified of any lengthy delays or problems as quickly as possible.



Cancellations:
There is a 15% cancellation fee for all orders cancelled. Once your credit card is charged, your item is in progress and will incur the cancellation fee.



Returns:
We hope your Moissanite jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange on your jewelry item that is 1.49tcwt and under, you may return your item within 10 days of its delivery. The Moissanite Lady offers an exchange minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping/insurance costs from the purchase price on any of our other items that are 1.49tcwt and under on our website.

Items that are 1.50tcwt and over are non-returnable. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Eternity Rings are special order items that are made in your specific ring size. Please double check your ring size carefully before ordering as eternity rings can not be resized. Eternity rings are not returnable for an exchange or a refund. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation and the original tag still affixed to the item. Any item that has had the tag removed will absolutely not be eligible for a refund. Since we make each and every item to your specifications, there is a 20% restock fee on every item. Platinum and 18kt gold orders carry a 30% restocking fee. All custom made pieces are non returnable and can not be cancelled. By proceeding with your jewelry order, you have agreed to all of The Moissanite Lady’s terms and conditions.

A Return authorization number (RA#) is required. Please request one before shipping. This code must be written on the outside of the shipping box in plain site or the delivery will be refused and returned back to you.



Returning your Order:
To return an item to The Moissanite Lady, follow our three step process:

1. E-mail: returns@themoissanitelady.com for a Return Authorization Code and proper shipping address. Write this code on the outside of the box. If you do not receive a number in a timely manner, please call 1-281-204-7664 and ask for Barbara to help you out in this matter.

2. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the invoice and the certificate. (The certificate carries a $50 replacement fee.) For security reasons, do not write jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation and the original tag still affixed to the item. Any item that has the tag removed will absolutely not be eligible for an exchange.

3. Insure your item back to us with full tracking. You may ship by any carrier that you prefer. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL all offer tracking on packages.

The Moissanite Lady will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Once your item is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Control Dept. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within ten business days. We are happy to ship the exchanged item to you but there is a $25 fee on shipping that will be billed to the credit card that you authorized on your original purchase. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender and/or refused at the time of attempted delivery. Items that show signs of wear or have been engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
